Live or Work in a Foodifox Building? Skip the Wait.
We've partnered with Foodifox, Melbourne's smart locker network built into apartment buildings, student accommodation, and select workplaces. If your building has a Foodifox locker, we'll deliver your hamper straight to it — usually within 24 hours, completely free. It waits securely until you're ready, so there's no missed delivery, no note on your door, no rescheduling around a courier's timeframe.
Not sure if your building has one? Check during checkout — we'll let you know if Foodifox delivery is available at your address. If your building have one foodifox locker but can't find on the list? email us, our team will delivery to your locker or nearest locker.

No Foodifox locker at your address, or sending somewhere outside Melbourne? No problem — we deliver Australia-wide by courier for a small delivery fee, calculated at checkout based on your address. Every hamper is packed to travel well, however far it's going.
Delivery FAQ
Q: How do I know if I can use Foodifox locker delivery? At checkout, select Pickup as your delivery option. A list of nearby Foodifox smart lockers will appear — choose your building's locker, or the one closest to you, to enjoy free delivery, available for pickup 24/7.
Can't find your building's locker on the list, even though you know it has one? Just email us — our team will arrange delivery to your locker, or the nearest available one.
Important: you must include a valid phone number in your billing address. This is how our system sends you the SMS with your locker pickup QR code — without it, you won't be able to collect your order.
Q: How long does delivery take? Foodifox locker deliveries typically arrive within 24 hours. Australia-wide courier delivery is generally 2–4 business days depending on location.
Q: What if my building doesn't have a Foodifox locker? At checkout, select Ship as your delivery option. You'll automatically be offered standard courier delivery to your door instead, at checkout.
Q: Can I choose home delivery in Melbourne even if my building has a Foodifox locker? "Yes, home delivery is available within Melbourne for a small fee"
Q: Can I choose home delivery in Melbourne or Interstate even if my building has a Foodifox locker? "Yes, home delivery is available within Melbourne for a small fee or meet the minimum order for free delivery."
